The fact that I could stay in my vehicle. I have a child with cerebral palsy and it is hard to get him in and out so the fact that I could stay in the car was wonderful.

0. This jiffy lube attempted to sell me a serpentine belt. Which i didnt need. $270. My mechanic said he'd charge 140, except i definitely dont need a new serpentine belt
