Bad service that they gave me today I was there for 2 hours and 30 minutes for a service and then a very abusive skinny lady to talk to
The staff were friendly, courteous and very polite. The technicians explained thoroughly their service recommendations. The service was fast and very affordable. I was even able to use a coupon that gave me an additional discount. I was completely satisfied!

Friendly, prompt, and efficient service by all the technicians. They did an extra good job on some of the perks of the oil change service, including vacuuming the interior of my large passenger van. Really appreciated attention to detail.

Stopped by Annapolis Jiffy Lube today for the first time, and I was blown away by how quickly the expert crew took care of my car and got me back on the road with a bonus recommendation for an awesome coffee shop nearby! 💙 Love the fact that they vacuum, and I even think they might have washed my exterior windows🤔
