I have been coming to Jiffy Lube in Beltsville, MD for over 20 years. James was manager and ran a tight ship. Employees are polite and explain everything that is needed and what work can wait. I have always had complete faith in them. I brought my 2001 Honda CRV there for 18 years and I am now bringing my 10 year old Jeep. I am a 77 year old woman who trusts them in what they tell me.
The staff is Very friendly and polite, and I would recommend it to all my family and friends.

I always use Jiffy Lube when I need my oil changed. However, I was very disappointed with this last visit. My windows were not washed, and the inside was not vacuumed. My glove box was not returned properly after the filter was removed. Not a happy visit.
It's true oil change in fithteen minutes.
I absolutely love going to the Crofton, Maryland store because the woman in charge is always on top of what is going on at all times. She runs a great shop and her employees are wonderful.

They were very nice and they had my vehicle in and I was gone within 15 minutes
The luggage nut on my tire was put on crooked and my mechanic broke it trying to get it off to replace the brakes.
