I have been going to this location, 2nd Street in Laurel, Maryland, since the early 2000's. I have always had good service. The managers and service workers are always helpful and friendly. I appreciate that their explanations are clear and understandable. Also, I appreciate that, regardless of being a woman, things are explained at an even level. I am talked to equally and I'm not talked down to. I recommend this location to my friends. I will continue to have my car serviced at this Jiffy Lube location.
Wvery employee was super nice. I only needed new wipers and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Amazing and very helpful for a senior citizen. I will go back there.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube on and off depending on whether the car I have is under a dealership maintenance plan or not. They are consistently professional, courteous, and fair priced.
I stopped in as my engine coolant overheating light was on. I had previously gotten an oil change at jiffy lube. Jeremy came out and once the engine cooled enough to fill the coolant reservoir. Problem solved. For no charge!!!! With a kind and professional demeanor.

Keys was sitting on table asked front desk lady can she ring me up because i had to go to work. She told me wait for another lady to come back, the other lady never came back. Waited 20 min asked again she finally decided to ring me up after she seen i was getting irritated… that Lightskin lady had a terrible attitude and i will never come back to this exact location!!!!

I got an oil change there in the middle of the evening. No line, and in-and-out in about 10 minutes. Very efficient and friendly service.

I only came for an oil change and headlights I was there for almost 4 hours because they have lock my keys in my cay that had cost me more then the oil change because of my apartments for my kids where all miss I will never go back there it was very terrible and not Professional I was never giving a refund or even offered a free oil change for my time and money spent terrible service if they are looked for an rating -8.... my phone number is Phone number removed. $ 172 for 4 hours you should be a shame

Well the service was quick which is what I expected, but my windows were filthy with road salt. I asked the young man if they were going to wipe off the windows. He said they can only do the front window. I said really, and he replied it was a decision from corporate to only wipe the front window. This was Wednesday and Lou wasn't there so I didn't say anything else but you should know there was only one vehicle a truck in the other lane, and there were plenty of staff available. Sorry to say its just good business if a customer ask for their windows, mainly the rear window to be wiped off someone would have said no problem. Now I remember when jiffy lube had a car wash with their oil change, but not wiping the windows. That's a new low for Jiffy Lube.
