Greg Galloway was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the service in needed for my Ram 1500. I went in for coolant flush and cloud that I need a water pump. I am going back this week for pump replacement, oil change and tire rotation. I highly recommend this garage to everyone I can. I will continue to come here for service.

My glove compartment was broken while removing a filter. I did not authorize anyone to go in my glove compartment. You can’t just take items out of customer’s cars, filters or otherwise without permission.

I was greeted so courteously. I am a disabled senior citizen and he was very kind in assisting me out of my car and with my walker. The gentleman who assisted in finalizing my service reminded of other services that my car needed and he did not push foe those services. I explained that I was on a limited budget. He was very understanding and made a note of his recommendations on my invoice. I was lucky to have 2 gentelmen assist me to my car. So kind and gracious.

What could we do to improve?

Service was quick, and didn't require an advance booking. If I were to nitpick, you folks should improve your estimation via emails or at least reduce the cost margins between estimated and actual pricing ($82 estimated vs $154 actual).
