My oil change price went from $54. to $80 and change in 3 months time.

Upon pulling up to jiffy lube, I requested an oil change and checking of the battery as I was told at my previous oil change that it needed to be replaced. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was called over to go over the initial assessment of my vehicle. The tech did not mention anything about the battery and I had to again ask that they check the battery. After an additional 10 minutes they called me over again and advised that it did need to be replaced.

Multiple people who came in after me had their cars serviced and completed before mine (one lady mentioned how quick the service was when I’d been waiting for over an hour at that point).
After waiting an hour and 20 minutes I got my car back and paid for the oil change and battery replacement.
Once getting back in the car, the floor mats were not reattached to the buttons after being vacuumed (a safety hazard if I were to not have noticed and it got lodged under the gas or brake pedal). The glove box was also not reattached correctly after being removed to check the cabin air filter. I did not notice that until I was home and had to figure out how to get that reattached. Additionally, the windows were very streaky and dirty after they were “cleaned”.
An email follow up would be fine.

Their consistency and customer service. I appreciate the way the service technicians take care of my car. I rely on my car for dependability and performance. Jiffy Lube has been a big part of that process. Although it has high mileage 182+ I think it will do another 182+. It's all about maintaining the maintenence as required. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

By posting the actual cost of services, both on-line and in your shops. Don't know why many businesses like yours don't practice this anymore. In addition - the service checklist on the invoice would generally note items completed, when in essence, they haven't. I consider myself an honest person and expect it to be reciprocated, especially when doing business.

My truck was left a mess afterward. They got oil debris all over the place under my hood. When I got home to check things as per usual , I had to wipe down and vacuum the engine. It was completely unacceptable.

The guys were very fast in changing the oil, will go back to continue to have my car serviced there

There was a problem with the sticker that is placed on the windshield after your Jiffy Lube team has changed the oil. The sticker had the license plate number that was NOT my vehicle. It took several print outs of the sticker to correct this problem. They were able to get the correct sticker.
