The staff member that met me at my car did not greet me in the usual way I am use to at this Jiffy Lube. He did not welcome me, nor did he ask what services I needed. I had to tell him what services I wanted. Don't know if he was just having a bad day, but not a good impression.

Car started leaking oil sometime after I had oil changes last week. Just noticed a puddle under the car last night. I had to leave town this morning but will need to take it back to jiffy lube as soon as I return.

I receive excellent service. From when I arrive until I left. The air was cool, magazine available to read, time was efficient for the job. I left with a smile and a reminder to come back if needed. Customer service was pleasant and they even smiled.

Engine cover was not put on properly, I ask them just to do a oil change Nothing else, they pull my air filter out Sliding my engine cover all around the engine.Not telling what could had happened to my car. I didn't ask them to Vacuum my car out.
