The staff is always helpful in solving car problems. I can count on them to complete my car's maintenance in a timely manner. They are very pleasant to work with and are not pushy about selling you things. They explain what they find and share the cost with you. They are respectful of the customer and their decisions.
I love this place but there is a female who works there and her attitude needs a lil work.
My local Jiffy Lune is always efficient and suggests maintenance for my vehicle.

I was greeted and everything was explained to me.
I was happy with the Tech who reviewed everything with me. However, I wanted the next service to be at 5,000 miles, not 3,000 miles since I am exceeding the manufacturer's recommendations by using full synthetic oil. I have made this request in the past at the Jiffy Lube location in Clarksville, MD with no issues. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube.
Jiffy Lube is convenient and professional. The guys are very attentive and helpful too. They also address issues that arise.
