I've been going to this Jiffy Lube occasionally for years. This time they: 1) must have spilled something on the engine, or actually I don't know what happened. It might have been oil was splattered everywhere. There were 2 spots where it came from under the hood onto the windshield. 2) the glove compartment wasn't put back together, there were 2 pieces laying in the floorboard 3) 2 of the 4 tire caps are now missing, they were not put back on.
Apparently, the goal is to get cars in and out as quick as possible. I'd rather have the job well done then it be rushed to the point that mistakes are made.

They found the coolant tank empty and I then took my vehicle to the dealer and had a pressure test done on the water pump and it was found to be leaking. As the bumper to bumper warranty would have expired in 4 days they possibly save me from the expense to replace the water pump.

First of all, they did NOT have the Synthetic Blend Oil that my car uses. Which forced me to use the Higher Priced Full Synthetic Blend Oil. No one approached me to say my Air Filter or Cabin Air Filter were OK. And when I looked on the Receipt, it said that they were NOT even checked. I don't believe that they even Washed the Windshield for me.
Then they told me that my oil pan might have a leak and gave me a ridiculous +$500 estimate to replace the gasket. Which the gasket alone is probably a $12 item.
I'll find a much Better Place to get my Oil changed in the future. Some Place who wants my business and treats me better.
The staff was pleasant even though it was extremely cold weather outside. They attended to me upon pulling up and directed me to the waiting area where it was clean and warm. I was offered hot tea and the young man provided Splenda instead of sugar. We looked at my vehicle history while discussing an action plan for my vehicle. I received a free Christmas toy for my kid while I was there, which was a nice surprise. I was then helped to my car with the toy and hot tea in hand. I’m pleased with the experience and will be a returning customer.
