The surface manager took time to explain what was needed
Is to have headlight changed ball burnt out it was an LED bulb all the technician had to do was unplugged it unplug it put the new bulb in plug it in they refuse to do that so technically you say you advertise good quality service but your check technicians do not know what they're doing it was sad cuz I'd like that location

I would prefer when I ask about the best coupons available, that they offer the best one available and not make me check on-line. I was offered a $20 coupon however I very easily found a 15% off entire invoice that saved me $40 more dollars.

Service was good, however the waiting time was unacceptable. When I agreed for an additional service I specifically asked for the additional time, and was told 10-15 minutes, extra, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes extra for that. I had to move a meeting twice. I would have never agreed to the additional service if I knew it would be so long

I came in to get oil changed on my 2018 Mercedes GLC 300. The oil change and filter were successfully completed but the message saying oil change was due still showing up in the panel. When I asked them to clear the message , they said they couldn’t do it that I have to go to Mercedes dealership for that . Really? I had it clear before at the same shop. One of the technicians even said that his sister drive the same car and they never were able to clear the message. I was disappointed by the responses. I was able to clear the message my self. It’s fine to say you don’t know how to do it and seek knowledge ( it’s called YouTube video )rather than telling me isn’t possible that I have to go to the dealership.
