In addition to Rob being extremely accommodating & polite, I was literally in & out in 30 minutes! I didn't have an appointment and there were a few customers there; still, he sat with me and explained what work needed attention in the near future. It was a great experience and I will share my with my neighbors!

I came in for a top off on my wife's car. When I came in the tech told me that it was my last top because I hadnt been in for awhile. I told him I understand and her car had been in the shop awhile. He interrupted me and said "I don't care where you brought it before, I'm talking about here!" I bring all three of my vehicles there for services, and I had never seen this tech and didn't want to cause a scene so I let it go. But I feel that professional courtesy should still be shown to all customers. If I had responded to one of my soldiers in that manner for no apparent reason I was have been in trouble.

The Technician was not professional. I had coupons and he was being very dismissive and did not want to accept tge coupons. Also when the cabin filter was removed the failed to put the interior piece back in place. I was wondering why cold air was coming through my glove box. Smh
