Service was very nice
I'm 74 and went for the 2rd time this year. This was Sunday about 7:30PM I thought I had an infected ear doctor looked at it 5 minutes and said nope shingles. begining of shingles I had no rash just pain. Doctor prescribed a pill and the pain was gone in 1 day, i was sure lucky.. First time I had an ifection from a earlier small procedure they took care of that also. everone both times were very nice and took great care of me. I won't go anywhere else.
Everything went smoothly. People were friendly and knowledgeable
I’ve had quite a few hospital experiences in 7 different states and the recent experience I had at Baylor was by far the best experience I’ve had. Every person I came in contact with was caring and attentive.
Yes everyone from the front desk to sign you in, to the nurse that wheels you to the car. Everyone so kind and caring. I would especially like to thank Amy the nurse that did my IV before I went into surgery. I have bad veins and she was so caring and gentle

Did not have to wait long to see a doctor. Kept me will informed about what was going on.
I felt like I was being blown off by the doctor since it was the end of his shift and he was leaving. I went for severe abdominal pain and was discharged in just about the same amount of pain and told to schedule with a G. I. doc (who can’t see me until Thursday) and prescribed a medication I already have that clearly wasn’t helping.
Don't make me pay thousands of dollars to tell me what i already knew and what i told the Dr I knew. Then only give me options that make me worse in the long run

The Doctor, the nurses, and all of the staff were wonderful! I felt very well taken care of and that I received a high level of service.
Everyone I encountered there from the representative who checked me in to the pre-op nurse, and all the way through my discharge was so helpful, patient and gentle. It really helped ease any anxiety I had during my visit. I also appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area, which also helped ease nerves.
The staff was exceptional! The food was delicious and even had diet-specific options like a delicious Gluten Free Brownie 🥰 My surgery went very smoothly, I felt prepared going in with the pre-op bloodwork visit. Visitor times were flexible. They even had netflix and disney which made the time pass so quickly. It was almost a vacation

Everything was on time. People were fast, friendly and efficient.
Staffs weren’t friendly in the ER at all. I was poked twice for drawing blood first time nurse said blood is coming too slow and we need to try one more time. Second time while drawing blood nurse moving her chair constantly while having the needle inserted in my arms. I feel she doesn’t have the knowledge even how to draw blood.

Hospital has an elegant look that is warm is welcoming. The staff were all extremely nice, professional, and took great care of me!
The patient care from staff
One. We arrived very early, so parking was plentiful. I’m not sure if it’s like that in other parts of the day, but it was appreciated at 06 30 that morning.
Two. The intake personnel at the lobby desk was friendly attentive, and professional.
Three. Erin, who took my information while I was in the hospital bed, vital signs, etc. was an absolute joy. You can’t joke with just anybody at that time of the morning, but she took it like a champ, and came right back with wit of her own and professional wisdom. Bravo Erin.
Four. There was a wonderfully attentive young woman of Asian descent who brought me out of an anesthetic haze gently and with great care. This was Doctor Schwartz‘s first surgery of the day, and I hope that you can track her down and tell her thank you for me.. I was a little dopey, so I didn’t catch her name but she’s really good at her job. I appreciated it greatly.
Five. Amy did a great job with discharge and explanations to my wife, I was still a little dopey, but my wife is singing her praises and justly so.
Six. The OR nurse Mary is lost in a fog somewhere, but I’m sure she was equally adept and took good care of me.
Seven. Dr. Jaffe, the anesthesiologist was a joy. I managed to mess with him a little bit and get him to laugh out loud. It’s not easy to make an anesthesiologist laugh out loud but this guy was on top of his game. Yay Doc that’s a wonderful thing to experience just before you get ready to get the juice.
