Friendly and efficient. Clean facility. PA was excellent and thorough. One female nurse was great. The male nurse was not friendly at all.

I had the absolute best team when it came to pre-baby, baby and post-baby! My OB was Dr.Mitchell and myself and my husband absolutely loved her! The office staff and the labour and delivery staff were super helpful, informative and just down right friendly. Honestly sad that we moved and our next baby won't be with this amazing team. They're going to be hard to top!

After having Hip replacement surgery on Nov 28th & Carpel Tunnel surgery on Dec 29th, both at BSW, I have to highly recommend this hospital. From 1st contact to go over surgery to my check in, the staff was professional, informative & kind as they guided me through the process. My surgeons were helped by an awesome team of nurses, attendants, & professionals that took care of me before & after surgery. Thank you so much for everything & helping me continue a better quality of life.
BSW FRISCO isnt a hospital its heaven itself. Nurses are angels and doctors are the gods. Had a stress free experience and recieved top notch care. All nurses were kind, warm and knowledgeable. In 3 days they taught us lessons that'll last a lifetime. Housekeeping were always on time and kept the room clean at all times. The food was exceptional and delivery was always on time. Getting it delivered to the room was icing on cake.
I would like to personally thank all the nursing, housekeeping and catering staff. I will always visit BSW FRISCO for all of my medical needs hereafter and will also recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks again for your exceptional service.

Everyone we had contact with from registration, nurses, and 16& doctors were helpful, accommodating, & friendly. They all went out of their way to not only make me the patient feel at ease & comfortable but also was very accommodating & helpful to my handicapped husband.

Clean facility, friendly staff, competent medical professionals
All of the staff members were very kind and helpful throughout our entire journey at Baylor Scott White Frisco. As first time parents, we were a bundle of nerves when we first arrived and had millions of questions and concerns which were addressed very patiently. Our stay at Baylor Scott White helped make our first pregnancy experience a very positive one! Would highly recommend using this hospital to others!
