Everyone was so helpful the minute my husband and I walked in the doors to the hospital. Carol was my nurse and she took great care of me.
Everyone was very kind. The nurse, Diane, took time to really listen to my symptoms and expressed genuine concern to help me feel better. Dr. Lee was very good at explaining my diagnosis and follow up care.
The only negative was that when we picked up the medication, the pharmacist said that the prescription was written in a way that kept Medicare from being the primary insurance provider and could only be submitted to supplemental provider. Pharmacist said this often happens with ER prescriptions. I hope that doesn’t affect how my ER visit is billed.

Our time at Baylor Labor and Delivery for our first child was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better experience and staff. The facilities are beautiful, spacious, calming and brand new. I couldn’t hear anything outside of our room, it was so peaceful. All of the nurses were amazing. They were so attentive, gentle, smart - I trusted all of them with whatever they suggested and when. They were extremely respectful of my wishes, never pressuring me or judging what I wanted to do and how. The epidural was a breeze, they came quickly with no wait, and it was entirely painless, very skilled. The lactation team was amazing, I’ve had a lot of success because of them and still went back for a complimentary visit.
The food was amazing as well! We didn’t have one meal outside the hospital because it was so good. They had a celebration dinner our last night which was so special, we loved it.
All around - 11/10 experience, I’d travel to deliver at this hospital if need be for a second that’s how much I enjoyed the entire stay.
I like the way how nurses will take care of the patients.
It started with RJ at the front desk getting me back quickly and the amazing service continued with the nurses Brittany and Beau. Dr Lee was also fantastic. I felt very cared for by the whole team!

Outstanding service starting with Hannah and Christy at reception. Continued with Megan and Amy in preop, Inga and Terrell in the treatment room, and followed up by Kevin in PACU. Top notch service by the staff, Dr Burleson, and Dr Scott. All are assets to your facility.
