I had a great experience from Pre-Op to being discharged after surgery. Everyone was friendly and I always felt comfortable.
Great nurses and lactation consultants and overall good birthing experience. And really good food.
The labor & delivery, postpartum, lactation, and nursery departments are outstanding. All my nurses were kind, reliable and very informative. Most of all, they put me at ease during this vulnerable experience of having a vaginal delivery. They took wonderful care of my newborn son and explained everything in a clear manner. I would recommend my friends and family to come to this hospital for their future deliveries.

I’m still attempting to establish care as I have recently moved to the area. This is the first time I have felt heard in my concerns and confident in the care being provided. They were quick and thorough. Truly was a great experience with a great care team.

Everything!! From the Valet to the check in desk to the waiting area , the pre-op suite, the operating room to the recovery room! The staff was fabulous! It is literally the first place I have ever gone into that every employee was superb. Thank you!
I called my doctor (Dr. Emilie Rojas) at BSW in Frisco, as I was feeling bad (strong cough, ear pain, lungs, throat discharge) she could not see me the same day. She has treated me several times in the past few months for the same symptoms. I was directed to your primary center.
How very disappointing this visit was.
1. I came in coughing and the attending person (was it a doctor or a nurse?) barely put the stetoscope on my back and said my lungs are clear. Not even asking me to breathe in and out or putting the stetoscope on the chest and listening some more. I have never had soneone act so quickly, especially since I had informed that person that I had pseudomonas in the lungs in 2019. The attending person did not even want to listen to what Dr. Rojas had treated me for similar instances in the past year, or what antibiotics had no effect.
2. Your primary center and the BSW hospitals are not related. What is the point of being directed there if they cannot pull my BSW records? It is misleading for the BSW hospital to recommand this primary care facility.
The staff and doctors were professional, extremely helpful and were very caring toward the patients.
The facility was clean and organized. Also, the procedure was on time and the family was kept up to date. Thank you!

Waiting was a little longer than I expected though.
Greeted very promptly and taken to a room right away. Dr Dryden quickly diagnosed the issue had a CT scan for proof and as sent on my way. i did help that no one else was in ER

Competent and professional care Tanner,lady in recovery, and Kevin in discharge were very easy to deal with,
one major issue that was not called for was in recovery. i was basically awake when i go there
at 8:24AM.. i didnt get her name but she was just as frustrated as I was. And my wife who was not told why i was in there for 2 hours. The nurse kept asking when she could get a room and no one would answer her. there wasnt too many patients so it shouldn't have been an overcrowded issue. my wife was not told that so she just thought the worse that something had gone wrong and was worried. actually my son had a friend that had someone check on me and recognized the problem and was responsible for getting me to the room. i wasnt there very long and my wife was notified. she came back with me AND Keven got us going quickly.
I would still recommend BSW for all the good not just this one issue. i hae been there 3 times and this is the first bad thing.
i would like to comment about all the paperwork. you have 2 people call and get info. then at check in had to go over most of the same stuff. seems like that could be improved

Dr. Julie Vu takes great care of her patients! She delivered 2 of my children and her expertise made both memorable.

Caring doctors from the ER on up. The nurses that treated me on Floor 2 were exceptional and very caring. Always ready to help me and also comfort me. The food at the hospital is great!
