Most all the paperwork can be done before the day of surgery. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Warm and friendly medical staff.
Never have to wait. Good service, x-rays on site.
Great experience
The staff is wonderful. Very caring and attentive to my needs. The team prayed for me while I was through recovery.
Very personable service from registration through the OR. After that, it was pretty much a rush to get me out.
Everything! Friendly staff, nurses and they all explain what, when and how your procedure will be managed. This really puts the patient at ease. Highly recommend!
Everyone was very nice and helpful
Waiting area needs table with work stations for family members to work while patients are in surgery. Tables with outlets and chairs. Furniture was tired, worn and some looked down right dirty.
Everyone was very helpful and very professional
Efficient
Friendly staff, easy check in, keep patient informed
Nice people , doesn’t smell like a Hospital and easy in an easy out
Professional, very courteous, prompt! Very nice emergency room and staff
Professional, caring and friendly staff. Prompt delivery of the test results. Clear instruction of preparation before the procedures.
My concerns were not addressed. Minimal care was given. Staff was nice, but care was incomplete. Tests were not run on my heart despite irregular results that I was advised to return for if symptoms returned. My symptoms were dismissed as an upper respiratory infection despite having zero sinus or allergy symptoms ever outside of the cough. I was given no care for the upper respiratory infection or reactive airway, no nebulizer treatment, no inhaler, only a steroid shot and script. When I called to make the pulmonologist appointment, they said they had no idea why I would see them. A visit to a second ER showed my potassium had dropped lower. The visit was a waste of time in a facility with no air conditioning that risked my life. As bad as the doctor was clinically, at least he and the staff were nice. So. No. I will not be recommending your facility to my friends or family, at least not the ones I like.
Everyone was amazing. From checking in to post procedure. I knew all about my procedure and what to expect, but the staff was still very informative and diligent in making sure that I was comfortable and knew everything that was happening. I can’t say enough good things!!
Megan was my preop nurse….LOVE her!
Inga was super! Even anesthesia and the tech were so great and cut up with me until I dozed off. Y’all do it right in surgery.
Very wonderful service from all staff members.
Everybody I worked with was efficient and patient centered. Also I received very detailed instructions regarding my care. Any emergency I had questions they were answered in one or two hours. This is the most confident I’ve ever felt at a hospital.
Everything! The registration staff was so friendly and welcoming. Shawna, Beth and Nicole were excellent to work with. The pre-op nurse, Amy, was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions before they could be asked. The Phase 2 nurse, Kelcie, was amazing and thorough. I can't wait to get my EOB because I know this top notch business office has my best interest in mind.
Everyone was so patient and kind! They were very professional, and took care of everything!
My procedure was done by Dr. Keelen!
Before he started, he met with me and ask me questions as to where my pain was located!
He listened, and was never in a hurry! He had so many other people that needed him, just like I did. He was so kind, patient and compassionate with me, and acknowledged my pain! I have been to several pain management doctors, but I have never had anyone that even compared to Dr. Keelen!
He has an excellent staff, even in the operating room and I felt completely relaxed! The anesthesiologist had a great sense of humor! Needless to say I was relaxed and laughing before l had any sedation! I am normally scared to death, and my blood pressure is sky high!
Not with this group!
I had a choice of where I wanted to go for the procedure and I chose Baylor Frisco!
I have always had excellent treatment at this hospital and I didn’t want to go anywhere else!
Thank you Dr. Keelen for your kindness and perseverance! Thank you for the wonderful staff that helped me through my pain and procedure!
I appreciate all of you❤️

Everything about the service was perfect. From admitting in the midnight with me having serious contractions to nurses promptly addressing every concern and be on their feet. Entire experience was splending as I was able to deliver a healthy baby.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Everyone was very friendly. The nursing staff was extremely efficient ... easiest IV I have ever had! Everything was quick and as easy as possible.
I’m in good hands when I need Baylor S. And White
Too much repetitive and unnecessary information gathering
The staff is very friendly and polite.
The facility is spotlessly clean.

The ER needs to be equipped with better staff and equipment. The minimal testing and information provided are disappointing. I always thought an ER is a life-saving place, but based on my experience, The Baylor Scott & White ER has displaced the excellent doctors and staff from other locations
Doctor walked out of room while I was speaking with her. She was going to give me an iv of Keflex & I told her I was allergic to it & she & also the nurse kept telling me that when I was there in 2021 I went home with RX Keflex. I told her that was not true & as I was asking her to check the records of 2021 she walked out of the room & I did not see her again. The nurse kept telling me he checked & that I was given Keflex in 2021. I also told him that was not correct as I am allergic to Keflex or anything with penicillin in it I had a UTI & had to desperately go to the potty & due to the extreme dizziness I had could not go alone. The nurse finally took me & said he would wait outside the door. He did not. He went back to my room A kind gentleman walked with me back to the room. They finally prescribed Macrabid & I left the ER. On the way home the nurse called my cell & told me he had checked & that I was correct that in 2021 I was given an RX for Macrabid . While I was in the ER they kept insisting it was Keflex. What started out as a pleasant place ended very bad. Would not recommend this doctor or the nurse to anyone. Baylor can do much better than this

Didn’t look like a hospital more like a convention center. Had me in a better state of mind. Front desk was happy to see me. And very helpful. Staff was great. Had a surgery ahead of me. That set me back a couple of hours. But sometimes things are out of our control. I was impressed and felt good about my stay and procedure.
