Professional, capable, caring and compassionate staff from the second we walked in the door. All staff executed their tasks efficiently, yet took time to explain what they were doing.
I was asked to be there on a Saturday morning by 5am. Just to have to wait because no one got there until 6a. The lady at the desk was kind enough to let me sleep, until the husband woke me up and asked me to go see what was going on? She apologized because they usually don’t book cases on Saturday. So that’s why the time was off.
Also an order was left to make sure that I had an abdominal binder before leaving PACU and one wasn’t put on. I had to remind the Nurse that I needed one. This was also brought up at my one week check up in Dr. Cribbins office. His PA was going to remind everyone there too.
Also think about adding education when being d/c’ed my husband knew nothing on post care, but I did. However it’s kind of hard when in pain.
Thanks
Everyone made my day as comfortable as possible.
DOC lEE DID A FINE JOB
Staff was very attentive.
The best ER I have been to in my 70 years. Staff, nurses and doctors are very efficient!!
Everyone is so kind, make you feel comfortable.
Not very busy, good caring staff.
Caring professional Staff
Facility was clean and modern, L&D / nursery staff were all friendly and supportive, loved the food and celebration dinner
Treated very well.
Receptionists were great.
Nurses were wonderful and very attentive.
My anesthesiologist was completely insensitive to my situation. She was more concerned with a small piece of jewelry that I was unable to get out for my procedure and would not let it go, which in turn showed me she had no regards for the terrible and tragic day that was me losing my baby. It took my sister and I almost 10 minutes to get the jewelry out together and after she felt it necessary to make sarcastic remarks about how “we did it and thank god we did.” She had a complete and utter lack of bedside manner. I was in for my procedure 12/21/2023 for a D&C and it was at this point the worst day of my life. I had lost my child and she had no empathy or respect for me or my family during this time. She made this experience awful for me, but thankfully the rest of my team (all nurses and Dr. Holt) were incredibly supportive and made the experience much better for me. My name is First name removed W. and the reason I give you my name is I don’t remember nor care to remember the anesthesiologist’s name, but now you can look to see who she is and hopefully find a way to make sure she doesn’t ruin others experiences like she did mine.
Great care, very nice, efficient
Friendly and professional staff
Staff and overall process of treating the patient and family
It was the nicest hospital I've ever been in. The entire staff was super friendly, and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. In most hospitals it takes hours to be released. Not here! When it was time to go, the paperwork was done and I was out the door.
I have loved the services provided by the nurses. Diaan in labor and delivery. Morgan and Carol in Nursery Nurse team, Shannon the lactation consultant. These people were amazing when needed their help and support. Support and guidance are the main things people do expect when they come to hospital especially for delivery.
Everything went well. No hiccups. Thank you.
There is a LARGE misconception on billing. I will be fighting my bill and charges because I believe there was confusion and I was given tests (and charged) for things I DID NOT ask for. Please be upfront about the costs!!!!!!
They took their time with me and allowed me to ask questions about my care. They went into detail about what was going on with me and how they were going to help me.
Great staff! Beautiful facility! Thank you!
Overall care. I’ve spent a lot of time in Baylor hospitals in the last year and I’ve always felt cared for. Not just a patient.
I checked in at 6:00 on Friday as I was instructed to do by my doctors staff. I had done my pre-check in a week prior to my surgery to all that was left to do was the final check in. The lady that helped us was the manager of the whole check in team and she was friendly and polite and informed me of how the whole morning would proceed. When my wife and I were finally escorted back to a prep room where I had to put on one of those surgical gowns all of the nurses and staff were very polite and helpful explaining all that was about to take place.
My surgery time was at 7:30 and my doctor and the anesthesiologist arrived about 5 minutes prior to that. The surgery was for a deviated septum.
After it was all over with I was able to get dressed and go home.
I have come to this hospital previously several times for a colonoscopy and the service is the same all the time. It's always GREAT
Nurses were so sweet.
Checkin prior to surgery took a very long time.
Wait after arriving and waiting for operation prep took over an hour.
Rooms are small, cold and not very private. No where for spouse to sit in room or areas while waiting with me for operation.
Waiting room chairs are NOT comfortable at all.
Parking is ridiculous. Very difficult to find decent parking.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Everyone was so kind and supportive
The staff is always friendly, professional and courterous. They try their best to diagnose you and get you on your way after a thorough exam and prescription sent to your pharmacy.
Amazing nurses

Staff was very attentive and very understanding.
