My experience couldn't have been better. The facility was sooo nice and clean. The nurse did an amazing job with the IV. I didn't even feel it. The anesthesiologist was funny and put my mind at ease and of course my Doctor who did my procedure there was awesome too. I was in and out faster than expected. I would do the whole thing again if I had to.
Every staff member, Liz at the front desk, the
2 nurses Erin & Megan gave me what I call
“Positively Outragious Service for my pre-op
clearance.
The nurse Lara from Brazil prepared me for my
Greenlight Laser procedure. She was so sweet
and tender that it brought tears.
Dr. Mark Allen and his team were incredible!
I am so blessed that I was taken care of at
Baylor Frisco Medical Center.

I appreciated the call the night before admittance from the Anesthesiologist. Nurse Jillian provided an IV that set the standard for all that I receive in the future.
I can see why Dr. Lieman repeated returns to use Baylor-Frisco as his go-to care location.

Labor and delivery was amazing. There's some great nurses in this hospital. The nurse made it feel like home and us feel like family.

Attentive to detail and patient care. Pre-admission process made check in on day of surgery very easy. Nursing staff and doctors were top shelf.
The ER doctor had horrible bedside manner. He was very rough with my eyes and abrasive. He reminded me of an Army doctor…actually worse.
It was just a bad experience and I’ll never return.
