From the front desk to the nurse that wheeled me out, everything was different.
All the staff and medical team showed both my family and myself respect and made sure we all understood what and why they were doing to prepare me for surgery. My husband especially loved the food coupon to use in your cafeteria. Both him and my mom kept giving it high reviews!

I should’ve gone to Frisco Baylor I should’ve gone to a real hospital but I thought they wouldn’t be busy and I wouldn’t have to sit in the waiting room I was in so much pain while everybody was friendly they got me right in the dock tracked like it was no big deal they handed me dismissal papers before they even given me the shot for pain nobody even offered a blanket to me I had to ask basically just left me in the room gave me a couple of pills at the Smith thing when I got up to leave I said I am and still in so much pain what can I do and they basically told me I needed to check back in again because I had already been dismissed when I insisted on seeing the doctor she basically told me to bad go home.

Prompt, friendly and professional
1. No A/C in the building...really? No back up generator or something? I mean there were fans but have you checked out the temps outside lately?
2. Dr. that saw me tried to make me feel stupid. He said "it's not like you're anemic!" Well, actually I am according to my latest blood tests. He also asked why I was there and didn't go to an ENT, then he said "duh". Great bedside manner!
3. Nursing staff and aids were all nice, just not very respnonsive. One nurse told me that bloody noses grossed her out because she can't stand the taste of blood and she said she couldn't look at me.
Overall, very disappointing.
Everyone was very kind and friendly, and made me comfortable and secure during my stay.
Labor and delivery services are excellent at Baylor's. Nurses are very cooperative and supportive. I felt happy to give birth at his hospital.

The surgical staff was AHMAZING! And the nurses were as well! I felt so taken care of and they were so attentive to my needs. Now that I’m home, I miss them terribly lol. Thank you all so much! & Kevin my nurse was awesome! Thank you again.
