My daughter and myself always receive excellent care at this facility. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated with kindness, respect, and efficiency. The medical staff listen to you and take excellent care of you. I will not go to any other urgent care except this one because I know medically I will receive the treatment I need by professionals who listen and understand. Thank you for running such an excellent urgent care with wonderfully staffed people.
Excellent services, from the moment I stepped through the doors; from the moment I was admitted to the moment I was discharged and escorted to my awaiting car. Everyone was so kind, caring and professional. A big "Thank you" to all the workers, nurses, doctors, and assistants for making my visit a great experience.

Staff is professional and patient. They don't judge you if you have to make several trips to E.R. which is always concerning to me as I have a chronic condition that requires immediate attention when needed. Plus I am in my 80's and at this age you experience a lot of physical changes. They have always treated me with respect even though I am old. Other places I have not been treated as well. It's as if the others places make you feel if you are "old" you don't really matter.

Allow your staff to issue referrals for MRI when the symptoms indicate X-Ray is not appropriate. Thanks to Mike McWilliams and his professionalism, he told me at my Saturday visit to reach out to the Orthopedic Dr. office first thing Monday AM, I had my MRI STAT at 10:45 AM and have an appointment with the surgeon Tuesday at 1:30p. If I had just gone by the online booking availability, I’d be limping around until the next available Appt., 3/25. Almost a whole month out. Mike said he’s limited to just X-Rays at Urgent Care. Mike went above and beyond to help me get aligned with proper care starting Monday, so I’m progressing toward healing much faster thanks to his help.
Overall, I had a great experience.
