I like that the mechanics are knowledgeable, helpful and honest. My bikes are old and basic and I feel congident that they have been given as much tlc at the end of the day as any high end bike. Excellent customer service!

I have an aging road racing bike from the last century and after a thorough going over at West Point it rides as though it were new.
