Friendly knowledgeable prompt service
I have found the staff very polite and accommodating. I told my daughter that after riding for around an hour my shoulder blades would ache. I once asked if my handle bars could be raised, but apparently they cannot. She said I should have been sold a bike that fit my body better.

I ordered the wrong pannier bags as they were too small for my needs. I checked on your website and you had them in stock at your main street. I went there and the clerk quickly and efficiently helped me return and then purchase the larger ones. He was very knowledgeable and the process was quick and efficient. I was very satisfied.
