The service I received was outstanding. I had been having problems with my new Trek Domane 7 ebike and the guru mechanic at the bike shop I had bought it from in Tahoe City, California thought it had a failing torque meter in the hub. Catch was I needed it fixed fast as I was doing the Vancouver to Whistler Grand Fondo in two days time. Even though they didn't know me they organized a mechanic to work on it for most of the day to try and get it working. They then then dropped it into my hotel in downtown Vancouver. I was absolutely rapt.
Knowledge of their products
I purchased my Trek Checkpoint from WestPoint several years back. WestPoint gave me excellent service and attention and bike fit. A complimentary tune up was most thorough.
More recently I my CheckPoint had Di2 problems; several other bike shops were unable (or unwilling) to help me here.
I was thus most grateful to be able to find skilled techs at WestPoint who set my bike right on the spot.

I only wish WestPoint were on the North Shore!
