The girl who waited on me was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and patient. She was awesome. You can buy a lot of things online, but her customer service is why everyone should shopping local.
Helpful staff, great products, fast service
All four wheels needed to be replaced due to manufacturing defect. Took at least seven trips to the store to get to that result too.
Trek brand is a great product and First name removed did an excellent job fitting me for my new bike. He made sure I was 100% comfortable and explained all aspects of the bike .

You have been my LBS since you opened. Your service guys are great. I love that, when I bring a bike in with an issue, you'll take a look right then to see if you can fix it quickly while I wait so I don't have to drop the bike off. With bigger repairs, you finish the work within a few days and it is done correctly. Bonus that everyone is so friendly when I come in. It's a great combo of a big-name corporate store (competitive pricing, good selection) with the attitude of a locally-owned bike shop.
Brought my bike in and they fixed my tire in about 15 minutes. Great service!
