Before I even asked someone to bring my Trek bike in from my car (I am 88 & handicapped), a very nice gentleman, as soon as I walked through the front door, asked if he could help me. Together, we unloaded the bike, brought it into the store, and he and three other gentlemen made themselves available to me . . . . . I had six (6) "projects" for them to resolve.
Long story short: I have never had such outstanding customer service in my life! Each gentleman took one of my issues and resolved it with a big smile!

I recently wanted to get back into biking so I stopped by my local Trek store because I used to own a Trek years ago. I really didn't expect to buy a bike that day because I was just beginning to look. But I was so impressed with Trek bikes, and especially the sales staff, that I bought one in less than 30 minutes. I wish I had my salesperson's name because he was so knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. When I went back to pick up my bike the following week, I had two different salespeople and they were just as friendly and helpful as my first one. I'm sold on Trek bikes and services!
