What do you like about our products and services?

The three people we dealt with at Trek in Downers Grove were all good at listening to what we wanted in our E-Bikes. I feel like we got the perfect bikes for us. Very professional and helped us figure out which bikes would be best for our needs. After two weeks of riding our E-Bikes, we love the bikes we bought. A big THANK YOU to the folks at Trek of Downers Grove!

The team serviced my son's bike immediately and got us out the door quickly and back riding for very reasonable price.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I brought my bike home after a level 2 tune up & immediately tried to go for a ride when the pedal fell off as soon as I put weight on it. I tried to re-attach it myself but it was broken. I brought my bike back in the same day & asked for a fix. The employees did not express any sort of apology and seemed annoyed that I was bringing my bike back to be fixed. I'm still not exactly sure what I paid for since my bike was in worse shape when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off. This tune up was a scam and the customer service was appalling.

Defective inner tube. Should not be selling them .take off shelf. Makes customers upset and coming back .lots of trips.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Understand busy season. But instead of telling me it will be ready in a couple days and then me calling on Monday and saying Wednesday, and then calling on Wednesday and saying Friday and me calling on Friday and then saying Saturday. Better to tell a customer we are looking at up to a week out and if you finish before then that is exceeding expectations else it looks bad.

We have only bought a few bicycles over the last 20 years for my wife and I and our two kids but even though we live a few towns away, we have had very good experiences at Trek of Downers Grove so that is the location we have gone to every time when purchasing bicycles. We don't go anywhere else for purchasing bicycles or service. Trek of Downers Grove is great!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have been a customer of the TREK in Naperville and frequent several times a year. I went there on Saturday, found bike shoes I liked and they didn't have them in my size, called your store and they said the shoes had been set aside for me. I drove for about 45 minutes and only 1 shoe had been set aside for me. (the person at the Naperville store was talking to a female employee).

Fortunately, another employee went the extra mile to help me, went to the storeroom to search around (it seems not all the shoes were in the correct boxes which made it more difficult for him), and he finally was able to find the shoes in a size 40 (I had originally requested a 39) - I was impressed with his patience, willingness to try and help me when he hadn't made the original error.

Another employee who was also quite willing to help, measured my feet and said I was between 39 and 40 so ultimately, I was happy with this choice.

I still can't figure out why only 1 shoe was set aside for me (unless an extremely busy day which it can be in May)

I was a walk in on a Saturday morning with a broken chain, the service department took my bike replaced the chain and cassette, adjusted the derailers and got me back on the road in a few hours to continue my training for a charity ride later in the week , Thx for the great service !!!
