Everybody is very friendly. They were able to fix my problem on the spot. They’re very professional and overall they give you confidence in their repair work and the trek name.
Everyone and everything is awesome
All the guys were super friendly. My only complaint was I dropped my bike off, they threw it up on the stand and verified what I needed done. I thought cool they’re just going to fix it real quick and I’ll be on my way. The guy took my info and told me it’d be ready in a few days. No big deal since I’d be up there for an appointment a few days later. I live over an hour away from the Trek store. Soon as I got home they texted me and said it was ready to go. If I would have known that it would be done that day I would have hung around Naperville for a couple hours and saved a trip. Instead I drove back up the next day to get it. Not a huge deal just a little aggravating. I’m sure I’d still do business if I need anymore adjustments I can’t handle myself
