Your technician (forgot his name!) was very prompt in solving the problem.
The problem: The bicycle had a bent frame, where the seat is inserted. This made the seat unstable and made it move up, down and even backwards.
Solution: Your technician bent the frame back into shape, then reinserted the seat after tweaking the frame to make it fit exactly right.
The bicycle is back in working shape thanks to Trek!

Top notch service. All of our questions about the Marlin series were answered. We walked out with a Marlin 4 on Sunday August 10th.
It was great service and if a family member really needed their bike repaired I'd suggest it. However, if it were something I think could be repaired with a little bit of struggle I'd probably tell them to repair it themselves as it was a little pricey.
