10/10 for front end customer service. 5/10 for actual service. I bought a used bike there that was dirty, I asked to have the bike cleaned up and it wasn’t.

I went in for a new helmet, and the inventory was limited. I ended up with the display model. However, the guy who assisted me was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

Our bicycles have always performed extremely well. This operation does a consistently excellent job at a fair price.

Communication is not good.
When I called I was told by phone my issue would take a couple hours to get to.
On arrival I was told I would get the bike back in 7-10 days and it would cost $25. I pushed on the timing and was told that is just how it is.
The next day, I got a text saying the bike was ready. Happy to have it back. What happened to 7-10 days. How could you be off on a time estimate by 7 days? I get under promise over deliver but 7 days.
At pickup, the bill was $47 maybe 49 dollars. I pushed back. The rate was adjusted.
I pedeled home. The work was satisfactory.
The service staff are great! They do a great job maintaining, repairing, or adjusting my bike.

The staff is always knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They ask the right questions to better understand my needs. I have bought several bikes and accessories, and have had many bikes serviced. I've never had a bad experience and they will continue to receive my business!

The service department is the best I have ever used. Even though the store is 35 miles from my house, I’m willing to travel the extra distance just to have their technicians work on my family’s bike.

The Trek repair shop did a great job fixing up my bike! They did a good job of communicating, and they made sure that I knew what the cost was going to be before they proceeded with the repair.

First time meeting Sean and Aaron. They went above and beyond to source a hard to find bike for me and took the time to make sure the bike was set up properly and gave thorough instructions on how to use some of the features. I plan to purchase another bike from them in the near future
