The Service Department does a fantastic job of keeping my Trek Madone well maintained. Everyone at the Naperville Store is extremely responsive. I've had multiple situations where I needed a quick repair and this group was able to respond! I really appreciate the service and advice I receive from Trek Naperville.
Sean and team did a great job with a simple repair and battery replacement.

We have never had a bad experience when dealing with Trek of Naperville. Recently, I brought a bike in for a checkup prior to a long trip planned in Michigan. The service desk checked the bike and returned it @ N/C. Very kind and unexpected. Good people to work with.
