I've had my Trek Dual Sport 2 bike for a few days and am thoroughly enjoying it. I was especially pleased with the service provided by the Downers Grove store, from ordering to picking up the bike.
Chad was EXTREMELY helpful the day I picked it up. He spent well over an hour explaining the bike and answering my questions. Chad took the time to make sure the seat was just as I wanted it. He'd raise it slightly; I'd ride the bike around; and then he'd tweak it again. He did this a number of times until the seat was just right.
Chad also helped me with the accessories I needed, such as a bike rack, helmet, and lights. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
Sean did an amazing job! From the selection of the right equipment, ensuring our custom fit, and even the patience as we picked custom paint- he and the entire staff at Trek Naperville are the best. They have genuine passion for cycling, expertise in their product, and have an understanding of what it means to serve the customer. Our entire experience from beginning to end was one of the best customer service experiences ever. Our finished bikes exceeded our expectations!

Very fast turnaround on service
I was disappointed when purchasing a helmet with my new bike that the price they charged me was $5 more than what it was marked on the floor display. I purchased the extended warranty so the guy said I got a discount anyway. The think is I paid $100 for the Trek service plan.
Otherwise in past always friendly.
Great customer service brought my beach cruiser in to get a 3 speed installed and some handle bars I couldn't be happier with price and service
Service & repair was great
The bike repair/service staff is wonderful. They have never let me down. Very accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. They always seem to go out of their way to help me. For that reason, I keep going back. I would only have one suggestion- maybe hire a woman to work somewhere in the store. A friend told me she wanted to buy apparel and had a negative experience with a salesman. She said she would not go back for that reason. I have never encountered that- quite the opposite.
