Well trained service techs good at repairing older model bicycles.
When you purchase a bike, there are many technical questions that are difficult to get. At trek Naperville, I have certain amount trust built over many years that such questions will be answered adequately and sincerely. I was introduced to purchase my first bike that I feel so comfortable riding many years, that I am so sure the quality is there, and I decided to buy my other bikes as a continuation of such experience with familiarity and compatibility. Otherwise, I could have tried other brands. But I couldn't find such place for other brands.

Everything was neatly and plainly laid out. There was also a nice selection of products and bikes to look at.
I purchased a new bike & no one asked if I needed any seat or handle bar adjustment. Since I do not have the correct wrench to adjust my seat & inquire about raising my handle bar
