Enjoyed the service and helpfulness of the staff. Answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable of their products.
We ordered my daughter’s bike and when we pick up the bike it was not! the same color it took 4 months for us to get the bike so we just took it because we don’t want to wait another 4 months for the bike to get to the store and not get what we ordered. Super overwhelmed
I can not say enough great things about this store. Today Chad helped us with selecting a bike and confirming it’s delivery to the store. Our boy’s Trek bikes were also checked, and had their pedals updated from a recall (free of charge).
Service was awesome. Worked to find a hard to find part. They tracked it down and installed it quickly and professionally.

Sean and the crew at Trek Naperville are true bike geniuses…. they took the time to understand my needs, then fitted me with a beautiful Domane road bike and made modifications to my mountain bike that have me riding pain-free again. Cycling is a joy again and I’m loving every mile. I can’t thank these friendly experts enough for improving my life and health!
I dealt with Jakob re the numerous things needing to be addressed with / on my trek domane s5. He was professional, VERY helpful and forthright, and got me back riding quicker than I'd hoped. One part wasn't available, but he got me part name/SKU and I've been able to locate that part.
Bike rides great after his work on it. Nothing but praise for his attention to details, and doing (perfectly) what needed to be done.

Customer service was excellent as well as a knowledgeable staff.
I was heading out on a week long bike trip and when I discovered by Trek Madone had a cracked frame. At the last minute, I borrowed my fathers Madone, but this bike had been sitting in the garage for a few years due to his declining health. Trek at Downers Grove performed some needed repairs (new tires, tubes, speedometer, and new shifting cables at the last minute. I received prompt and helpful service. I had a great week of biking due to their ability to provide me with their expert service.
I have shopped at this Trek store for years and I always receive great personalized service.
Great service, very knowledgeable, kept us updated on the status of our back ordered bike. My 5 year old also was inappropriately playing with a bike in the store and it fell on him. Everyone was super responsive when it happened and more concerned about my kid than the bike or his misbehavior. We’ve been very happy and will see them for all our biking needs for years to come.
Chad helped me with a lot of basic questions, from inner tubes to mirrors to how to change a tire. He was great.
I also suggested to Chad that Trek should offer a monthly class on various topics of bike riding.
It would educate the customers and solidify the relationship between the customer and Trek.

Do better service in the future. My bike still had some rust left on the handle and grip was still busted. After spending almost over $250 for the service of the bike, a better job was expected.
