Just got by bike back from annual service / tune up. Went riding the same day as the weather was perfect. The shifting was noticeably improved as compared to use before the service. I have always been impressed with the quality of service from the Downers Grove Trek store. In fact this store was recommended to me by my son that the quality of service was top notch. Has proved to be true time and time again.

Trek of Naperville has an outstanding store manager (Sean), 1st class employees, and terrific service! I purchased a Trek bike a year ago and rode over 2,000 + miles so far. In the colder weather (snow and rain) I use my Saris trainer downstairs that I also purchased from Sean to stay in shape during all 12 months.
