The guys there at the store were very helpful in helping with how to install my bike fenders.
Associate Albin was knowledgeable and very helpful.
He was also very patient with me.
He helped me select the mountain bike that I was looking for.
He also managed my expectations. Told me that the Project 1 order delivery date was likely late July early August and it ended up arriving mid-March. A very nice surprise.
He set up the bike for me and told me to take it for a ride around the parking lot.
I did and it felt good. Afterwards he told me to ride it a bit on the trails and come back if any adjustments are needed.
Albin and the other guys at Naperville Trek were all very helpful, both in person at the store and on the phone.
I highly recommend these guys and the Trek products to anyone looking for a quality bike.

Very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics with reasonable labor rates. Higher end bikes with emerging technology requires high end mechanics and this is where Trek Downers Grove excels

The process was quick and easy, my son was able to try the bike out in the store on a rainy day. My son is very happy with his new bike.

Only issue I had was getting the parts I need but that is no fault of Trek Naperville, supply chains are hurting everyone. Service was fantastic during my fitting and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looks for this Service

First time came in, felt I was basically ignored so that staff could chit-chat with higher paying customers - could tell it was very casual...then they chatted amongst themselves.
Never got a call when bike was ready, had to call in and was told "oh, someone should have called you"
When I wen to pick up the bike, the first person at the front of the store looked like a deer in headlights and said "I haven't punched in so I can't help you"...then as a secondary thought went to go get someone.
The bike is great, but when paying a premium for a bike, I would expect better customer service...so I would recommend for the bike, but just because I'm not there buying a $3,000 bike, please still treat me like the paying customer that I am.
I like the fact that the staff always takes the time to explain the features of your products!
