Convenient quick reasonable
Let us know a few days before it will be finished. You can’t send a notice saying the bike is finished and start charging $20 a day for storage. We were on vacation when the message came in.
Friendly customer service, quick turn around time and reasonable pricing for a part and labor.

The store was under staffed. The young gentleman who was in the store was very good but he was swamped between walk ins and phone calls. I was there to pickup a bike I had bought a few weeks ago. I would have bought more accessories but there was no one to help me so I left and bought my items online from another vendor.

He helped me select and order new lights for my bike and they arrived quickly. Thanks to Trek, I'll be a safer cyclist, and I look forward to visiting the shop when I'm next in Naperville. Highly recommended!

When I was shopping for m bike and when I picked it up the guys who waited n me were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
The cost to repair a cheap bike was not worth your cost ,i do heating and ac repair and are charges are cheaper them yours .

I came in looking for a bike no one else had in stock and they had one and assembled it while I waited. Very friendly and professional service.
Great service! Needed two bikes for my twin boys. Asked if I needed help seconds after walking into the store. Sized the boys and picked out bikes right away. Bikes were ready a for pick up 3 days sooner than expected. I would recommend this store. Thanks again!
