I trust the team at Trek Naperville with my Madone. They do an excellent job on keeping my bike performing just like it did the first day I rode it. The turn around time for service always exceeds my expectations. I am always treated with friendly and courteous service. Good service. Got my bike assembled out of the box faster than expected, friendly personnel.
Friendly, knowledgable service. Have brought my bike in for a service expecting it to be dropped off and they took a few minutes to access and fix on the spot. I trust their mechanics and am looking forward to when they reopen bike fitting service. Covid has been tough on them and bikes are starting to come in.
I brought my bike in for routine yearly service. The team was polite and completed the service sooner than expected. It was a good experience.

Equally great experiences on the service side. Had my non-Trek worked on to repair the bottom bracket. They did their homework, explained the problem, kept me in the loop on a solution and delivered on time. They also built a set of wheels for me too, which are great quality.

The manager promised me shoes or helmet to go along with my bike purchase. He told me when I pick up my bike, he will set me up. When I picked up my bike, I told Erik about the set up. When he asked the manager, he said no, just discount $15. Also I did not get the bike that I ordered. Waited 5 months for them to tell me it’s on back order till November. The manager said it’s been sitting in shipping containers waiting to be delivered. I felt lied to the whole time. I will never step foot in that store again.

The workers were all very knowledgeable and friendly! They had to order a helmet for our little granddaughter and had it in stock the next day. Just awesome customer service!
