I used the bike fitting service, and they were very helpful in getting the bike setup for me.

The salesperson was very helpful, and didn’t try to upgrade me to a more expensive bike (I already knew the exact model I wanted, when I came to the store), or push any extra services or accessories on me. Overall, a great experience.

the attendant was eating at the time of the bike pick up, not sure if that caused him been unconftable , he did not ask us if we (my son and myself) have any questions in regards the use of the bike , changing gears , good advises, etc.. I guess he was not in the mood.

I have been visiting Naperville Trek for years. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They have always done an outstanding job installing add-on's, repairing, replacing tires, tubes, wheels and servicing my 13 year old bike. It's like a new bike when they're done. Their prices are reasonable for the quality work and parts and I never felt pressured to purchase new when something could be repaired. It's the little things that matter as well. I've always found the staff to be friendly and patient.

We went to Trek Downers Grove to discuss Bike rack options. Based on our needs the sales rep showed us two options and discussed the pros and cons of each in great details. We went home to discuss and review the options and came back a week later to select one. The sales rep scheduled a time we could pick up the assembled rack and then demonstrated the rack installation and options on our car.
Amazing service - ordered a bike online for our son. Communication throughout the process was crystal clear and timely. Picking up the bike was a breeze. The bike itself is awesome - easy to use, very high quality, he quickly learned how to use the handle breaks & gears. 100% highly satisfied customer!!
