Through the years the staff in downers grove have always been helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Phoning first usually gives an accurate account what to expect when I need to make a visit. Most of what I have dealt with is the Service department when visiting. Always leave with a sense of problem resolved and good results. Thank you

I’ve used Trek in Naperville for my bike needs for the past few years and the staff there are truly amazing. In particular, Albin, is not only knowledgeable and professional, he goes above and beyond. I wanted to modify my older gravel bike and change the handlebars and he walked me through the entire process and showed me how it would look before I committed to changing them. This was particularly helpful because I was very nervous about changing them. He’s a true gem!
My repair was done quickly and as always, it's nice to look around at the new bikes. The service guys are very friendly.

The staff is always incredibly helpful and their knowledge of bikes is the best I have experienced . I was looking for a new bike. The owner could have sold me a $6,000 bike from his store that I was ready to purchase from one of his associates. However, he knew it wasn't exactly what I wanted and found the correct bike at another Trek store (In Iowa). Where do you ever find that type of integrity? Amazing.
Malcolm and Basil were extremely approachable and knowledgeable in helping me to select the perfect bike for me (Trek Verve 3 Disk). They answered all of my questions in detail and helped me to choose the correct helmet and several additional accessories to customize my bike to better fit my needs. I would highly recommend them (and Trek Bicycles of Downers Grove) to anyone needing a new bike, accessories, service, or just expert advice.
