Service was fast, staff were friendly
The Trek line is outstanding. I bought a duel, pro and the brakes, shifting and everything including the light weight of the bike is the very best. The selection of the bikes at the Downers Grove store is very good. I got to test a bike too. Not every store does that. My salesman couldn’t have been better. Thank you again.

Very friendly staff, highly competent and always available to help. I also like the fact that they are not commercial, won’t sell things you don’t need, not pushy at all. Great experience to visit the store.
More attentiveness to people who walk in. I was there almost 5 minutes before someone even greeted me. I get that you ar busy with customers, but a nice “Hello, I will be with you shortly, sorry for the wait” would have been nice.

The service is awesome
I brought my bike in for a tuneup. It was indicated to me that you guys are full and to come back in a week, but the gentleman working on the bikes stopped to take time and fixed my brakes, so I’d still be able to ride my bike
Purchase my bike rack and received assistance to hook it. Up to my car and follow instructions. Service is wonderful

I'm not so upset about the price $125 that the cheapest not the most expensive the owners ' onsite & really good.
My issue is the bike usually comes back a little bit, dirty, tires not inflated properly, and one of the caps that was on the shock absorber on the top was missing,
It's just the personal touch and details like that, i find annoying when they aren't completed.
Otherwise, they do a pretty good job little pricey side, but overall, 6.5 - 7.0 normally
