Did not correctly identify the issue at first but did fix it. Also the charges for a new tube and some random $10 charge were on my bill. Good staff and great sales folks, but surprised at my visit the other day. Usually a 10/10 experience with quick turn around.

I recently came in to purchase a carry bag for my Trek FX5. I initially couldn't find what I needed so I asked one of the associates to assist me. The associate was extremely helpful in assisting me to find what I needed. To make sure the product would fit on my Trek FX 5, I asked if they had a Fx5 available for me to try the carry bag on. They did so which enabled me to make a decision on the carry bag. I ended up purchasing the carry bag due to the helpfulness of the associates. I will return to this store for future needs. Job Well done.

I purchased a rear brake cable and cable housing from the parts department, they were very helpful. Glanced into the service area and it appeared clean and organized with lots of in stock parts. I would return to this store for sure.

Service team was very friendly and helpful. I have had a bike for about a year with a few hundred miles on it and some hardware came loose. I brought it in for the service members to look at and they were able to fix it completely within just a few minutes. Excellent service, one of the team members’ names was Frank.
