Great service and staff
I visited Trek of Downers Grove to just look at the possibility of buying a new bike in the future. I received such a good experience with sales associate Blake that I ended up ordering a Trek FX3 the same day. When I went in to pick up the bike I interacted with both Blake and Sydney. They again were amazing and helped to also fit me with a new helmet. Great job to Blake and Sydney! Thank you!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in because my bike had been identified as part of a recall. I was waited on immediately. The man who helped me knew exactly what to do. He also identified a very small nuisance I was experiencing with a bike light and immediately provided me with a solution. I was in and out of the shop in under 15 minutes. He also aksed how I like my bike and I told him I love it!

Brought a beach bike in for routine maintenance and to fix a rattling fender. A bolt was added and the chain was oiled. However, nobody took the bike for a spin after the rear wheel was installed. The wheel rubbed against the fender and kickstand. I was able to manipulate the fender myself but I had to take.the kickstand off altogether. I'll just get another kickstand. Very average experience.
I liked the selection bikes and the price point. You have something for everyone!

You guys have always done a great job with repairs (and I’ve needed a lot of them) but this last time was exemplary. After getting hit by a car destroying the entire rear end of my bike you got it rolling like it was brand new. Awesome job thanks!
