Jim Powell just does a fantastic job with all the repairs and maintenance needed for our bikes. I have a Trek SL7 eTap and truthfully, a lot of mechanics wouldn’t have the experience or acumen to take care of the bike without kind of wondering if they were doing the right thing. But the mechanics also do a great job with more simpler traditional bikes. My daughter had some issues last summer and I brought her bike in and they did a great job getting it back to where it needed to be. It seems like they’re just doing the repairs and upgrades needed for us. Not trying to do replace items that don’t really need to be replaced. On my most recent visit I picked up a pair of shoes. The sales guy didn’t mind waiting on me a few minutes after close as I tried on three or four different pairs.

I also felt I got a great deal being that I bought it during their sale. My bike is beautiful and incredible to ride. Now all I need is warmer weather to enjoy it more!
