I went in for Christmas gifts ( yes … behind the curve or maybe WAY ahead)
I was walked through the store and picked out a bag/ Jersey/ cycling computer- app thingy/ and a bag of coffee beans. Gifts were for friends in Germany who bike to work. Owen ( the employee) was very patient and informative.
Nice staff, good service, good coffee, great beer.
Able to maintain consistent inventory even through COVID. Can usually find what I need or they can get it in short order.
I appreciate how well my old (30+ year old) bike is serviced. Just like new!

Several times, I’ve had breakdowns on the trail. As long as they were open, I knew at The Bike Lane will be there and we learned hand if they could and have the parts. Most times they have the parts!
For a little place they have a great supply parts and the team has been very willing to work me in so that I can get back on my ride.
The staff is all incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also, great beers on tap!

Very professional and reasonable service. Mechanics were very knowledgeable and were able to quickly find out and point the cause of suspected rear hub vibration in my rear wheel was because of bad tire bead.
Mark was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to help us find the bike that was the best fit for me. I didn't feel I needed to look anywhere else. Thank you!
