I love the winter tune-up specials, coupons, and other sales. It kind of makes Bike Lane feel even more like a part of the neighborhood, and very considerate of the local biking community, rather than just in it for the money.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, and getting service is straightforward and honest. Also, there's no arrogance or superiority if you're not on an athletic level with the staff. That's not always the case in bike shops, unfortunately, where you sometimes only get respect if you ride centuries every weekend. At the Bike Lane there is definitely an attitude of helping each customer, elite or beginner, even if it takes a little extra time or effort. We notice this and appreciate it! Great to have a shop that's focused on making every rider enjoy the ride!

Service was done early and well. The staff seemed very experienced and knowledgeable and was very informative about what work needed to be done.
very attentive to my explanation regarding the type of biking I was coming from (totally roadie) and where I wanted to go (paved, dirt, gravel) and subsequently directing me towards the best bike for my budget. Also, went to great lengths explaining some sizing differences which probably saved me from buy a bike one size too small.

It was super easy to get a bike now that they have some in stock, and everyone there is very helpful with any questions I had. I can't recommend the Bike Lane enough!

Excellent service. Very long story but due to the pandemic supply chain issues it took ability a year and a half to get my bikes, and Bike Lane honored promises and mistakes made at the Springfield store both while and after they owned it. Very honest and good people to work with.
