I had great experience buying a new helmet. Pre-ordered, pre-paid and available when I picked it up. I then tried to purchase some other supplies and I stood at the register, ready to pay, for what felt like several minutes as sale folks came and went. I was patient but heading out for a ride and just wanted to complete a purchase. I ended up putting my stuff back on the shelf and left. Not the end of the world but wasn't the greatest service at that point. I felt kinda stupid just standing there with my wallet ready and no way to check out while staff came and went. I'll be back -- but sharing because you asked.

I went in for Christmas gifts ( yes … behind the curve or maybe WAY ahead)
I was walked through the store and picked out a bag/ Jersey/ cycling computer- app thingy/ and a bag of coffee beans. Gifts were for friends in Germany who bike to work. Owen ( the employee) was very patient and informative.
Nice staff, good service, good coffee, great beer.
Able to maintain consistent inventory even through COVID. Can usually find what I need or they can get it in short order.
I appreciate how well my old (30+ year old) bike is serviced. Just like new!

Several times, I’ve had breakdowns on the trail. As long as they were open, I knew at The Bike Lane will be there and we learned hand if they could and have the parts. Most times they have the parts!
For a little place they have a great supply parts and the team has been very willing to work me in so that I can get back on my ride.
The staff is all incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also, great beers on tap!

I had the greatest experience at this bike shop. Full disclosure, I knew nothing about bikes before my fitting! and as I'm preparing to take on an ironman in September, the staff was truly welcoming and informative. They went above and beyond to not only make sure i was informed on how to ride but made sure i had all the equipment to make it so. If i ever have any further questions, without a doubt, i will be coming back! They are great people who love what they do and it shows.
