Everything! The staff knew there stuff. Helped me with questions I was unsure about. Very relaxed cool environment. Sometimes you get a vibe that makes you uneasy or tense. Not here at Bike Lane Reston! Had my bike put together the next day for pick up. I was 15 minutes before close and it did not bother them. They stayed later to help me get set up right and ready to go enjoy the trails. Bike Lane Reston will see me again and I’m happy that I was able to buy me new awesome bike from them! Thank you to the two young guys that helped me out!
I have been riding for 60 years, had bikes set up for me by World Cup Mechanics and have never seen a shop where there are two all star level mechanics. Tom and Richard are incredible and I consider myself fortunate to have these guys down the street.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I bought two Trek Dual Sport 2 bikes and a car bike rack. Got help deciding which bikes to get and with assembling the rack. Appreciate the military discount, and rewards credit. Had to wait to get one of the bikes, but received email updates on delivery date and it arrived a bit earlier than expected. I also had an older bike serviced with a tune up that was completed within 2 days. My go to bike shop - highly recommended.
I had the greatest experience at this bike shop. Full disclosure, I knew nothing about bikes before my fitting! and as I'm preparing to take on an ironman in September, the staff was truly welcoming and informative. They went above and beyond to not only make sure i was informed on how to ride but made sure i had all the equipment to make it so. If i ever have any further questions, without a doubt, i will be coming back! They are great people who love what they do and it shows.

I had great experience buying a new helmet. Pre-ordered, pre-paid and available when I picked it up. I then tried to purchase some other supplies and I stood at the register, ready to pay, for what felt like several minutes as sale folks came and went. I was patient but heading out for a ride and just wanted to complete a purchase. I ended up putting my stuff back on the shelf and left. Not the end of the world but wasn't the greatest service at that point. I felt kinda stupid just standing there with my wallet ready and no way to check out while staff came and went. I'll be back -- but sharing because you asked.
