The selection isn't always the best in store, but everyone's really friendly and helps order things even when they aren't already there.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Very happy with my purchase so far. Thanks Tom for putting it aside for me.
Great service from great people.
You are wonderful!
I like supporting local guys that offer tailored services at a good value. I feel like I'm getting what I paid for.
Received great service and help from everyone, and answered all my questions
Mark was fantastic in helping me select the correct size for my first road bike! He gave me a lot of great information during the process, clearly explained each step of the process, and gladly answered all of my questions. He seemed genuinely excited to share his knowledge and set others up for success.
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Also very knowledgeable about Trek Domane.
The staff at the Bike Lane in Reston are very friendly, knowledgable and have always spent the necessary time with me to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this store to my friends.
The selections are always great and the customer service is outstanding
Great selection of products with knowledgable staff and excellent service! Will shop here again.
And I was quoted $150 for the winter tuneup and was charged 200
Friendly knowledgeable staff and a nice selection of bikes and accessories. Having a pub on facility is a plus, too.
Great communication from staff about the product/s and availability (as well as care and service once it came in). Invaluable during a time with supply chain interruptions
American commerce is leaning evermore toward on-line shopping, big box stores and nation-wide copy-cat franchises and their common theme is impersonalization. This is not the case at The Bike Lane. We went in prepared to spend upwards of $3K. We explained our requirements and got detailed lessons about the world of biking from types of riders to types of riding environments to the physical structure of bikes to meet our needs. The bottom line turned out to be less than $1500.00. BUT, it is not the differential between our expectations of cost and the final "savings" rather the most impressive aspect of our experience with The Bike Lane, was not just the person we interacted with, but the entire staff demeanor in the store was not just upbeat, but also sincere in their apparent desire to be helpful. In a society now marked by the dubious benefits of "social media" and the impersonalization of commerce you guys stand-out as a beacon of hope that shines not only back to the days of individual enterprise, but also to the future of what it means to be personally interactive in business. I'm beginning to ramble so let me conclude with a sincere wish for your continued success. We will continue to support.

I completed a bike fitting with Bill on Saturday. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I can't wait to ride my newly aligned bike. Once again The Bike Lane provided fantastic customer service.
Thanks,
Gene
The entire staff is always friendly and helpful.
I dropped my bike off November 27 and received the work order that evening. I did not see it until the 29th and replied approving the work. I did not hear back. I called Dec 9th to inquire as to status and was told the work order approval had not been received or there was an issue with the system, but the part had been ordered assuming I would eventually approve it, thankfully. The failure of the system or a person to catch my reply, leaving me bikeless longer, is frustrating. Also, the work was done on the rear suspension and it was given back with barely any air pressure so it seemed like the work hadn't been done until I was able to pump and test it myself. Which makes me question whether the service dept did a proper check. If I am riding in the area, I would come back for a very quick service or to buy a beer or something small I need but am unlikely to return for more involved service due to doubts my bike will be returned in a timely manner and that a proper quality check has been performed on the work that was done.
Great customer service, Richard and the whole service team were fantastic!
I thought the shop reps were responsive to my concerns, I appreciated the holiday discount on the standard check-up, and the appraisal of what needed to be done to make my ride experience safer was made in a few minutes while I was there. Orders for needed tires and brake pads were placed at the same time. The whole procedure to a little over a week, Staff were friendly and the store itself very welcoming. It has been a pleasure to deal with The Bike Lane.
Service was personalized and Chris made sure that what I purchased fit correctly. Then I went over to Brewery and met Todd.....Great bunch of people all round.
You have a great shop with friendly helpful employees. Plus I love stopping in for a beer or a coffee. Cheers.
Friendly knowledge easy going mechanics and sales staff.
Great shop, Todd was a great help. He was very patient with me while i asked a million questions. This shop made my experience on buying my first road bike smooth and transparent.I highly recommend this place. Even if your just passing by for some beer , coffee or just riding along the trails.
Easy to work with.
Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable
Great and friendly staff
There was a man named bill sleeping in the old bank vault. Is he supposed to be doing that?

The bike sales customer service could be better meaning more accurate.
