Friendly service. Went in with my two kids for bikes and helmets and got really great no pressure help to go through bikes and helmets. Ended up walking away with a bike and a couple of helmets. Would definitely come here again and recommend these guys.

Excellent service
The customer service is always spot-on. All of the employees are very knowledgable and are able to answer any question I have. They even assisted with ensuring my bike rack was properly installed and the bike was attached correctly. This was important to me because it was the first time I had ever used a bike rack and I left there knowing all equipment was secure for travel.
Would like to see mechanics on the same page. Intake mechanic suggested a freehub overhaul, thinking a warranty replacement wouldn't be possible. Someone else was willing to try and it was replaced via warranty. I'm glad that angle was pursued! Glad to see expanded hours, the waiting outside earlier this summer was a major drag.
There wasn't a lot of organization, and in comparison to other bike shops very little attention was given particularly since I was making almost a $1,000 purchase.
It took a while to build after it arrived but we're in a pandemic where everyone is trying to get a bike so they can go out and get fresh air. This is the first time I've purchased a bike from them but I've taken a previous bike to them for repair/checkup and they've always done a great job.
There was a lot of mishandling, incorrect or no communication at all on my order. Front desk girl is very unprofessional and rude. My deposit was lost in the system. The current system in place is not working. This store needs a software tracking system, like Salesforce and more training on customer service. I was told by many associates that my order had arrived to the store but that it would take three weeks to put together only to find out upon arriving to the store that the bike had not arrived. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and overall it was a disappointing experience.
Bike is awesome and people are helpful but the line outside is the slowest moving I’ve ever seen. Expectation is to wait at least 1-2+ hours if coming to your store. And the lines outside should probably be labeled since some people seem to jump ahead and just go in. It’s not self policed and it’s definitely not well organized.
