I’ve been a consistent customer at THE BIKE LANE since 2008. They are honest professionals led by a wonderful owner who never tries to “over sell” a bike; as a team they are truly interested in meeting your needs and desires in a bike, equipment or accessories. They are very customer focused and don’t seem rushed.

Brought my Trek Farley in for its first adjustment since new. Tom did a great job getting everything back to “like new”.
Tom made some suggestions regarding my front fork setup that turned out to be perfect.
This is a great shop with an awesome service team. They listen, respond, and resolve. THey also have a great coffee/pastry shop.
Bought my Trek 7.3 from the Springfield location about 5 yrs ago, as well a a second bike for my daughter. They have taken great care of us since. They often go anmnove and beyond with the free adjustments, the work is done fast and its done right. Probably will buy a new bike for myself this year. They've earned my repeat business.

I had another great experience at The Bike Lane (TBL) yesterday. I needed two new disc brakes, a new chain, and two new tires on my Trek Fuel EX-8 mountain bike and TBL was able to complete all of this in just a little over an hour on the same day. I love how they're able to complete relatively minor repairs like this while you wait rather than having to leave your bike and come back days later. I've been a customer for over five years and it's why I keep coming back. Great service as usual. Thanks to The Bike Lane!!

Wish people wore their masks more diligently. Lots of noses popping out and looked like the owner didn’t wear a mask at his picnic table /desk area.

I bought a mountain bike online and went to pick it up with no problem. I loved that they do a little tune up before you take it home to make sure it’s all good to go. Their customer service is top notch; they helped me put the bike in the car even taking out car seats and baby stuff! The employees are very knowledgeable and provide helpful recommendations. I definitely recommend this bike shop!

Maintenance quality and ability to source components during the pandemic was excellent. I feel like everything from complicated repairs to simple fixes receives the attention it deserves. Matching the price of components to their online prices from major warehouses is helpful these days. Makes me more than happy to pay for the quality repairs here.

The Burke Lane location of the Bike Lane is my favorite bike shop in northern Virginia. Derrick and the rest of the mechanics provide top notch, friendly service. Prior to coming there for mechanical needs, I did not pay any attention to Trek. Now the Top Fuel is at the top of my list for my next bike and your mechanics make me want to purchase it at that store.
Associates were friendly and showed me all the options available to address what I needed. They kept things in my budget.
