Staff are very knowledgable and accommodating. Service time is quick and staff keeps you posted should there be any delays.
I've been going to The Bike Lane for servicing on my family's mountain bikes for 5 years now. Service times can vary depending on day of the week you go, but if you can make it in during the week they can address most issues on the spot and servicing prices are reasonable. One of the other plus(+) about this place is they won't overcharge or try to up-sell you on servicing that isn't needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get their bike serviced.
On January 2dn I ordered a freewheel for the TREK bike I had bought at Bike Lane. They told me that the part would arrive in a week. I didn't hear anything for more than a week and on the 14th of January I called. I was told that the item was on backorder indefinitely. I had to cancel the entire order and get the part online myself. I am upset that I wasted 12 days for nothing not being able to ride my bike.
Primarily I appreciate your location -- close to my home and primary bike paths. I also appreciate that I can usually get in immediately for emergency service. Your work always puts my bikes back in top condition. Thanks, rrr
While trying to support local small business. I find myself having to order bike parts and supplies from Amazon. The bike lane in store inventory is lacking.
I love the Bike Lane but you need a larger space and more accessories to buy. I had to go to Spokes to ge a cooler for the back of my bike and a trip computer for my husband.
Bike mechanics like Derrick are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Knowledgeable and friendly. The service department was welcoming which offered multiple solutions to my problem even though I didn't purchase my wife's mountain bike there. The drink bar was also a great addition to your store, and also your beer. We will continue to visit and refer this store. Thank you again to all your staff.

Fast friendly and knowledgeable. Low-volume day and y’all fixed my chain and adjusted my shifters in less than 15 minutes. At less than $1/minute, that’s a super valuable service.
After servicing our bikes at Bike Lane, my wife and I went out for a 2-hour ride. Gears ran much smoother, no slippage or extra noises. We were pleased and would recommend BL for a bike tuneup!

You need to directly inform a customer if you are going to change his/her bike configuration. Sending a work order is not enough. Also, I was surprised by the markup on parts. But, the work seems to have been done correctly and was done in a timely manner. Have yet to take a test ride.

Friendliness
Sales associate took time to customize the fit of the bike I was buying. Made small adjustments and allowed me to test ride behind store to try adjustments. Changed dropper post height, moved seat forward, adjusted handle bar height by moving spacer down, and setup front shock to my rider weight and preference. This makes a huge impact on the value the store provides. Thank you
